Cancellation & Refunds policy

At Fork13, we value the time and effort put into every design project. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled when you engage our services. Please read it carefully before entering into any service agreement with us.

1. Project Cancellation by Client
If you choose to cancel a project before work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or transaction fees. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. This includes any hours spent on planning, research, drafts, or designs already produced. For projects canceled midway, no rights to the work completed will transfer to you unless full payment is made.

2. Project Cancellation by Fork13
We reserve the right to cancel a project if: The client fails to communicate or provide necessary materials within a reasonable time. The client breaches the terms of the agreement, including payment delays. Unforeseen circumstances make it impossible for Fork13 to complete the project. In such cases, we will refund any unspent portion of prepaid fees after deducting the cost of work completed and any non-recoverable expenses.

3. Refund Eligibility
Non-refundable items: Deposits or advance payments made to block studio time or secure project slots are non-refundable unless Fork13 cancels the project. Partial refunds may be issued if significant portions of the project remain incomplete and Fork13 agrees to terminate the contract. No refunds will be issued for completed projects or for any services already delivered.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited within 10–15 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Fork13 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processors or banks.
